My name is Justine Stephens-Reicher and I am a Clinical Psychologist from Victoria, Australia. I am passionate about supporting people through the challenges of being human.
I help chronic worriers find peace in their minds and freedom in their lives to laugh more, trust themselves and have better physical and mental health.
In this 5 day challenge you will learn five of my favourite tools for managing worry, and be challenged to put them into action each day. The daily challenges are techniques I use with clients in my practice all the time.
AND I PROMISE no generic breathing exercises. Breathing is awesome and has a big role in our lives, but that's not what these challenges are about. The next 5 days are about providing you with knowledge (and we know knowledge is power right) and a hands on, practical game plan for using that knowledge to reduce your worry.
